I would recommend the pro pack starting out also. This last time I ordered the 30 day supply. I think going forward I will reorder the items that I seem to go through faster. I am well supplied now.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that tomorrow's weigh in continues to show a loss. I've been doing pretty good considering my circumstances the past few days.
