We've been hunkered down for a few weeks with CNI-Cal NutraSciences and their CORE4
products. Loving the results and bringing the issue of weight loss, health, energy, sleep
all into a better place. But after checking my BMI-Body Mass Index today, made me pause
to think about why I wanted to lose 15 pounds. In my head I want to be at the body weight I maintained for about 20 years, or until I stopped exercising so much. Age and
injuries have a way. Also, being in love can make you eat a lot of stuff you shouldn't as well. Anyway, according to the BMI index, I'm still about 5 lbs overweight and my body
fat is about 2% too high. So I guess my weight loss goal is 5 more pounds and 2% body
fat. If/When I get there, I'll re-adjust my goals. Maybe turn back the clock a little more.

I guess that I just want to turn back the hands of time a little bit and go back to a weight where I was probably the happiest and felt like I was on top of the world. I would like to get my weight down several more pounds and also lower my body fat percentage. Gaining and losing weight always brings a lot of baggage with it. Each person needs to do what feels the best for them and makes them happy.

Well, I'm getting anxious to give a poundage +-. But as it's the weekend and we usually relax our
eating/dieting style a bit, I'll refrain until Monday am. But gotta say, I can see good improvements
continuing. Getting noticed for looking slimmer as I am out and about and run into people. Core4
works great.

It will be another off schedule weekend for me-spending it at the hospital. Off schedule is beginning to be the norm for me these days, though. I will try to keep my head about me, of course. It seems like someone is always trying to feed me or bring me food. I have had a lot of compliments, but I think part of that is because my husband hasn't been well and they are being kind.

Jim, if you are going to do poundage on Monday-I will wait until Monday, also.

Ok-Plan on it. We're going to have some restaurant//deli type food today. Lots of CHEAT needless
to say. Need a little fun food sometimes. Overall though, we're getting pretty consistent. Today I
made Irish oatmeal-a real superfood-with fruit and Lean Protein powder. Rest of the day will
find some refined "white" foods.

Well, I listened to this call (on Skype-virtually free) and highly recommend everyone listen
closely. Such a good explanation of why the Core4 products work together so well. Also,
a good background on the ingredients. This lady (I think she is a nutritionist) knows her
stuff. Among other things, she comments on how much water you should drink to make
your weight loss results better. It's more than I usually drink so my wife and I are going to
"get our drinkage on."

I'll check that call out when I get home tonight-I will try to remember. I am at the hospital today and trying to catch up a little on things. I brought some bananas to the hospital with me and maybe later I'll make my way down and get a salad. Hubby is having more tranfusions today, but is looking better and more alert.

Women are more difficult than men to lose weight. The older women are much difficult than younger ones. one year age distance needs much more efforts for women. Just enjoy when you are young and lose weight is never an issue for me when I was young. However, my goal is losing 30lbs and it almost like a dream for me. I spent almost 3 months to lose 10lbs and one day regular eating will come back for 6.6 lbs. It is hard but I am going to see the positive side. The most important thing is we can get our health back.
