Very promising project in tough economic times: Primavista

I am not the admin for this program. Just sharing the info with GW family. I feel positive about this opportunity as I am a member of one of their programs that have been doing great so far, very solid and currently closed to new members. They started this project without a website-strictly offline, but they have recently decided to develop a site and we are told the site should be published within 48hrs. This project has started a several weeks now and will close 3/15/09 for the first group. They have 6000 shares/contracts to sell but they recently got permission to break into two groups 3000 shares for group 1 that must be sold by 3/15/09. The reason they are doing this is to build confidence about their program by starting earlier since 3000 shares would be sold faster than 6000. The idea is that payments would begin 30 days after all 3000 shares are sold. Ideally that would be 4/30/09. Each contract/share is 75$ no limit on how much can be purchased.

Good Morning *** members.

I just wanted to talk about Primavista and how this project is going to be handled.
First Primavista was formed by two investors that are part of the main group where *** is right now trading. They were interested in giving us the opportunity to participate in this type of projects due to our ability to put together small groups of investors and make things work. They are very impress with what we have achieved during this last 6 months.

Primavista works by receiving private grants to help small investors, workers funds and small companies. What the primary investors do is to take this grants and invested in other major projects or forex market, to be able to do so they need to show that this money will be distribute to people because that is the whole purpose of the program. The Investors will keep a part of the deal and they will give us a percentage. When they explained that to me my first impression was this looks like a reverse pension plan. But is not it is different and is already working and people are getting paid.

When these types of programs are offered to you, the first thing to do is a back ground and research on who this people are and where the funds are coming from. I did that and everything checks out fine. They are a legit and honest group, they are not involved in online investment program but they want to learn from us. They want *** and *** to manage these package 6000 contracts / shares and I agree to do it. I think this will help a lot of people from both groups and at the same time family and friends of ***-*** members.

I want to explain now how the process is going to be developed. Like always I like simple stuff nothing complicated so these are the instructions and steps:

1- How to buy shares – contracts for Primavista:

a) First sign up for a strictpay account via link below if you don't already have one.

b) Please send funds to SP account 34755. This is strictpay account for program admin. Very important. Please include the following info in the comment box for SP (strictpay) so your account can be credited correctly. Yes, all this can hold in the strictpay comment location.

2- How much it cost each contract and how many can I buy?
Each contract cost $75 dollars

3- Do I need to submit any information?
Yes, each member will need to fill out a form with basic information, utility bill and copy of an ID. You will need to scan and send it later to [e-mail]

4- What kind of returns I received from buying a contract?
If you buy one $75 you will receive $75 for 36 months for a total of $2700 if you buy 10 contracts you will received $27000 at the end of 36 months.

5- When can I start buying contracts? Today 02-03-09

6- When I’m going to start receiving these returns?
As soon as we complete the sale of the 3000 contracts and we have all the documents Primavista will start sending payments.

7- How I’m going to receive my returns?
One option is by SP, they have a very cheap atm card and they offer different options for withdraws.
The second one we are working on is an independent ATM for Primavista. I will update later on about this option.
Right now it looks like SP will be at least the initial way for withdraws.

Is Strict Pay the only processor they use? What about STP or Alertpay?

yes strict pay and bank wire are the only 2 options right now. They had STP in the past and changed to SP.

They also provided other means such as STP and LR for spend in addition to wire and SP.

Ok, thanks. Jim I agree. just don't have more than that right now. I'm waiting to see what comes out on their website. While I can't say I've done my personal DD on this company, I can say that their other programs are a huge success right now. That is the major reason why I would consider their third program. Not a single member so far has expressed dissatisfaction (to my knowlegde) with their other 2 clubs that are currently closed running now more than 6 months solid. If it weren't for the credabily built on the other two programs this would not even be considered by me. The other two are private and cannot be posted in forums so I can't say much here.

Just read in their FORUM 2000 of the 300 are now sold. You see most of the folks grabbing these up are those in the other two programs with probably very little outside newbies...they have given permission to share this on the outside. I suspect this will be done before the weeks end.

all 3000 shares now sold. group is now closed. Watch for PO on 4/30/09. The admins say a second and final group to start some time in the near future as stated in the original post. If all is as promised. this is provided for 36 months.
