Well, just wanted to check in as haven't added much to CNI discussion lately. Still loving this program. I'm
still losing and I'm currently over 24 lbs of weight loss. My wife, after a slower start is now really picking up
her weight loss and is over 12 lbs. Women sometimes have a harder time (I've heard). Also, from the business side, still getting those nice little $$ in the mailbox. Anyone else have an update-let's keep this party going.

My wife and I disagree just a little on whether this is self-hypnosis But I re-read the article and still think there is some great thougths regarding dieting. Basically, one reason a diet doesn't work is our bodies resist food deprivation. Shuts down and doesn't burn the reduced calories. So CNI is a great program as the message here is don't diet-add CNI Core 4 to your daily routine.
Works great with the above thoughts in mind.
