The company I have hung my hat on is a company called Cal Nutrasciences. They have an exclusive product line called CORE 4. over 6 Lbs. I feel great, I think I saw my stomach-lol. Even though CHEAT gets most of
the attention, I think the products are all complimentary to each other. I'm excited to
continue with CNI-Core4 and see how much weight I can lose. I was watching some
boxing last night and they mentioned the guys in my height were weighing about 155-158
lbs. Of course they were 20 yrs old and solid muscle, but still a worthy goal. I could still

I am thinking of getting out the boys boxing gloves that they had when they were little and getting one of those big bags to punch and kick on. I think that would kill two birds with one stone so to say. I would get a work out and release pent up feelings all at the same time. My husband was always one of those people that could eat whatever he wanted to and never gain an ounce up until he was diagnosed with MS and started losing his mobility. That is still 9 lbs better then when I started.The things I like the best are energy and also I am sleeping much better.My goal is around 165 or so but basically I just want to feel good all the time, and lose some fat!And all that is happening. body/weight. Me-I was starting to look like Papa Smurf. I am so tempted to weigh in every day but I'm telling myself to go every other day to get a better feel for things. Still, fun
to look and every day lose a lb-doesn't get any tbetter than that. But, like you say, the overall goal is health and to feel good. I'm definitely in the more energy zone. My wife

Good morning everyone. Just wanted to clarify the note that was sent out yesterday regarding "autoship orders"...............

The company has not yet established any "autoship" requirement. They will....in time......but they have not yet and they will give plenty of notice. With the pre-launch rush of orders and some shipping delays on initial product purchases, just wouldn't be right to have to have re-order or autoship in place at this time.

I'm sure we'll get ample advance notice and there should be ZERO WORRY about "losing any volume"...............on at least 3 calls, I've heard the company say that they will let us know. Meantime, reorders are coming in like crazy..............why? Because Core4 is so good and it works!!; ▶ Reply to This

I have to weigh myself everyday or I have withdrawal. It's a bad habit that I got into a long time ago.
I know I feel better on this program and have gained some much needed energy. I always sleep good, but I don't to rest my eyes as much during the day now. It also helps that the days are getting nicer and longer. I have to really put the push on now with the warmer weather comes the shorts and swimsuits.; ▶ Reply to This

members offline that the clinical trials showed most people losing 8-10 lbs. in the lst 30 days.
We love the quick lower numbers from the scales but don't expect that to continue. I think Jim,
Cherri, Bill, Cindy, my wife and myself will all testify to this. We were watching an infomercial for
Jenny Craig where the TV star (played Cosby's wife) lost 21 lbs. in 12 weeks. Paid a lot of money
and averaged about 1.8 lbs. per week. Cal Nutra Sciences can certainly compare with that and we
think with a lot less changes to lifestyle eating habits and less money out of pocket. JMT-just my

Then the weight loss will slow down. You will continue to lose, but not as quickly. That is one of the reasons it is important to incorporate exercise into your program. A 2lb average weight loss per week is very reasonable. Sometimes when we are trying so hard to lose pounds and the scale isn't cooperating we are actually losing inches and our clothes are fitting better. When exercising, muscle doesn't take up as much space as fat and muscle burns more calories than fat does.; ▶ Reply to This

reducing calories. Accelerate is boosting the metabolism (or exercise benefit of a wt. loss program)
Lean is the muscle building aspect (muscle burns more calories than fat) And Flush is to get
rid of body toxins. As the nutritionist stated, any one of these products can be a weight loss program.

Canada - please don't hold me to this, but I believe we are soon going to see the company launching the "free product promotion" in Canada...same as we had in US during our prelaunch. Kudos to our friends there who are bringing in hundreds of new CNI reps for free as I write. Watch for details. In the US, we did not have the benefit of "product shipping or checks mailing" prior to our first orders on February 3rd. In spite of that, we ordered over $200,000.00 the first 48 hours! We DID, however, have the significant benefit of having hundreds of people getting RESULTS FOR FREE on Core4 and now our Canadian friends and associates will have THAT benefit as well as PROOF of 2+ months of shipping and paying DAILY checks!
