Sorry I've been mia the last couple days, but I had to send my husband by ambulance to ER Friday afternoon and he just got out of Critical Care late yesterday. His kidneys had shut down on him. I've been staying at the hospital, but came home last night to sleep in a bed. I will try to get started with the Core4 today and try to catch up here as time allows. I have to get back to the hospital here shortly-new problem and more testing.

OK, I promise . But darn I was about to upload some. No I would not do that.
Well I went to a little meeting, hosted by Bill and Cindy. It was nice to see that others besides Bill and Cindy have been using the product and liking the results. Cindy has lost 10 lbs so far. One lady at the meeting said that her husband has not lost alot weight but he used to take lot's of naps through out the day. And since he has been taking the product he has been more energetic does not nap all day and they actually go do stuff now. This nice lady may have been in her 60's and she had a great big smile on her face talking about the benefit her and her husband enjoy.She also said that her husband is usaully grumpy and negative and he has been very pleasant since then also, this is the funny thing she said that he said that she is a lot nicer since they have been the product. Love the story-I needed something to make me laugh.

Thank you for the thoughts and prayers. The doctors discovered blood clots in my husband's arm this morning and have taken steps to treat this also. He is unable to move any of his limbs right now, but still has a sense of humor-he told me I looked 17! Even though I am quite a bit younger than him I don't look anywhere 17.

I started using the Core4 products today and I'm impressed. The shakes taste good and are super filling. I have not craved twizzlers at all today and I even had them with me in my purse while at the hospital. I had a shake this morning before leaving for the hospital and am enjoying one now. I just did an hour on the treadmill to help work off some frustration and tone up. I think when I finish this shake I'll go ride the lifecycle for a while and maybe do some pilates.
