story, but poundage is relevant for this project and gives people a number to hang onto.

I already have a scale that gives you weight and body fat percentage and if that doesn't work I can always go to the grain elevator down the road from me! Several years ago when I worked as a weight loss counselor at a weight loss center we had a real nifty electronic device that we used to measure body fat-I had a lot of fun playing with it in between clients! I know, having been a weight loss counselor and at one time being a lecturer for another popular weight loss group I should know better and know what I'm doing. I do know better I just don't pay attention sometimes. If I get brave enough I'll do before and after pictures-don't worry I won't post them. I just checked my UPS tracking and my products should arrive on Friday. So I will probably start on Saturday-UPS doesn't usually deliver to house until the afternoon.; ▶ Reply to This

While working yesterday. I ran into my upline in one of my stores. He had a big smile on his face and a wad of uncashed checks in his hand.

Funny thing none of the worry about will my favorite surf still be around tomorrow, and all the drama!

I think my scale is a Tanita, but I'm not sure where I purchased it from other than online.

When you log into your back office scroll down to where it says recent orders and there should be a place where you can click to get your UPS tracking information. It works pretty slick.

I'm curious, do you think we should upgrade from the personal pack to the pro pack? What are you thoughts on this and why?

So 205 was fat. I did the Atkins diet I actually liked it but I was the only one in the family that ate that way . But in 6months I got down to 165. That was 4years ago and about 20 lbs have crept back. I felt great at 165 had lot's of energy and though I do not feel bad now I would really like to get back to 165 and of course stay there. So I think the core4 will help speed up that course of action.Then once I get to my goal weight use cheat as a maintenance daily. And perhaps the flush once a month. So that is my game plan.
Plus being Potato chip man for the last 10 years, I have done my part in making the world a fatter place! So now maybe I can cross merchandise the cheat with the Lays Potato chips. Imagine this instead of suggesting what dip to use for a chip. Suggesting the cheat to sprinkle on the chip. Dang to bad I couldn't really do that!!lol

Since my scale also shows the fat percentage it really can be a traumatic experience to step on the scale. I keep my scale in my closet just to make sure no can look over my shoulder when I when in every morning.

Knowitisgood, sound like you have a good plan of attack in mind. I wonder if I could sprinkle the cheat on twizzlers. Just kidding, I only have them once in a while. Actually I have been eating pretty healthy lately-a lot of fruit and veggies. I haven't actually cooked anything for about 3 weeks now-since my husband has been so sick and not hardly eating a thing.; ▶ Reply to This

ups tracking #. Looks like mine was just shipped so probably won't have until early next week.
They have had a big backlog due to huge sales but should have our CHEAT out w/in a couple of
days in the future. I'm glad I'll have the pro packs as I'll have some extra to share or for promotion.
In the meantime, I've been fighting with my scale-just seems to keep lying about my weight (lol).
