I gave some core4 promo to a friend in 7 days he lost 2 lbs. Not to impressive but he did lose 3 1/2 inches around his gut and 2 inches in his chest. And he is diabetic whose blood sugar was lowered to a good level.

Hi everyone. Norma and I have been having some good discussions off-line and wanted to
make a couple of points. First, how long do I expect to be using the Core4 products once I hit
my weight goals? Well, for most of us, weight is an ongoing concern but I am thinking a couple
of months will get me pretty close to where I want to be. Then I expect to continue using the
Lean protein powder and the CHEAT also. I really like the Lean-it's a great source of protein,
amino acids, low calorie and tastes great in my morning breakfast. The CHEAT is also a great
fiber based way to get rid of unnecessary bad foods -especially the white carbs and fatty meats.
I've already tapered off the Flush but expect to use it here and there for a good colon cleanse.
I really like the Accelerate-great metabolism pick-up. Want to use that one all the time too.
So I guess I'm saying I will keep using Core4-just some all the time and all some of the time.

Hi Everybody, working with numbers has always been fun for me. Here are some numbers to ponder.

If you eat 3000 calories per day and use Cheat. 20% of the calories = 600 calories per day saved. Since there are 3600 calories per pound that = a little over one pound per week that you will either lose or not gain. So using Cheat alone = 52lbs per year either lost or not gained.

If you use Lean to replace one 600 calorie meal and you put fruit into the shake you save 500 calories per day. That also = about 50 lbs per year either lost or not gained.

If you use Accelerate and it burns up only 100 more calories per day that = about 10lbs per year either lost or not gained.

If you use Flush you are going to feel a hell of a lot better.

This is from a pm one I sent to one of our members in regards to the "cost"
of CNI Core4. They were concerned about the overall cost in relationship to what they could afford. This is the number 1 overriding question that everyone is concerned with and it's important to discuss it. I gotta say, that
was my initial concern as well. So PLEASE read my comments and jump in.

programs like Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers or Atkins or S.
Beach or even Subway diet (a joke diet btw) Even if you worst case CNI Core4 for cost
it is way less than those. 2nd, as I have mentioned, some of the cost of Core4 is actually saved in our overall food costs as we snack less (like almost not at all), don't feel the
need to hit the fast food or drive throughs for the pizza, fried chicken, MickyD's etc.
My diet coke and bagel snacks have gone bye-bye. All this is w/out even feeling I am
making a sacrifice. When we have a holiday meal or get together with friends or for
business lunches, I just take the Cheat and eat a smaller portion. So you won't feel that much of an effect in your family budget. Additionally, the benefit of feeling better and
losing weight is worth it's weight in gold.=any price is cheap. Now for actual nuts and bolts, the core4 basic pack is designed to work together. Each product of the 4 is for
a special diet purpose. But as far as lasting 7 to 10 days, that's not my experience at all.
The Lean Protein powder lasted 3 weeks and remember my wife and I both use it
for breakfast and most times at dinner. The Cheat the same. So you shouldn't have any issue with a month if it's for just yourself. Now the Flush and the Accelerate are
14 pills for l a day use-2 weeks. After that period, you probably will just cut back on those 2 or use for another 2 weeks if you choose. I'm not using them now but will use them once in a while as things develop. You can wait until you re-order a basic pack and get re-loaded that way. I think when you start, you'll see what I'm saying. It's really not a formula like you mentioned. Many other aspects of weight loss come into play to increase your motivation and help you lose. It's not like Jenny Craig or weight watchers at all with a fixed program and high $$$ monthly cost.
